Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup walnuts
6 leaves of basil
A small bunch of Italian parsley
2 garlic cloves
3 T olive oil
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 T Parmesan cheese (less sodium)
Salt n pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in a food processor adding the cheese, salt n the pepper at the end. Serve over your fish, chicken or meat.
