Sauté Chicken breast (Pechuga de Pollo en salsá)


Ingredients A

  • 4-5 chicken breast
  • Adobo n garlic salt or salt n pepper to taste
Ingredients B
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1/4 c sweet peppers any color chopped
  • Hand full of cilantro chopped
  • 2 tsp of garlic
  • 1 pkg of Sazon Goya w anniato
  • 1/2 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs of olive oil
  • 1/4 c of water

Season the chicken breast. In a big pan, sauté B ingredients at medium heat like 2-3 min or until the onions look transparent. Add the chicken and cover for 4 min. Turn over the chicken add a little mor of water if needed, cover and  cook for 4 min. more. Serve w white rice.
